China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) is incorporated in the People’s Republic of China as a State-owned Enterprise headquartered in Beijing with major construction activities throughout Asia, Middle East and Africa.
China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) was established in 1979 under the approval of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China. As one of the pioneers performing international contracting and economic cooperation, CCECC has evolved from the earlier Foreign Aid Department of the Ministry of Railways of China into a large-scale state-owned enterprise with Chinese national Super Grade qualification for project contracting. CCECC has been listed among the world’s top 100 international contractors for seventeen consecutive years by the Engineering News Record “ENR”.
CCECC’s major lines of business include international construction contracting, design and consulting services, economic and technical co-operation, and trading services. Among these activities, all kinds of construction contracting have been our major undertakings for over 40 years.
The Hong Kong Branch was established in 1988 and, since then, CCECC has been an active participant in the territory’s construction industry. Over the decades, Hong Kong’s extensive housing and infrastructure development has witnessed increasing commitment: our activities span civil engineering works like portworks, roadworks, drainage and railways, and building construction in both public and private sectors like residential development, offices, depots, hospitals, schools, as well as alteration and renovation works of different scales.
Aspired by the charter of “Equality and Mutual Benefit, Pragmatism, Diversification and Co-development”, CCECC has achieved steady growth in the past and will keep pursuing excellency in the future.
