The ECZ Web Portal, through the e-Statements of Results System, allows candidates to view and print their Grade 9 results. How to Check Your ECZ Grade 9 Results on the 2023/2024 ECZ Web Portal: A Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Access the ECZ Web Portal
To check your ECZ Grade 9 results, you will need to access the ECZ Web Portal using the following URL: https://eservices.exams-council.org.zm/. Once you are on the homepage, navigate to the top right-hand corner of the page and click on the ‘E-STATEMENT OF RESULTS’ link.
Step 2: Candidate Sign in
After clicking on the E-STATEMENT OF RESULTS link, the next step is to click on the ‘CANDIDATE SIGN IN’ button. This button will direct you to a page where you will be required to enter your credentials. If it is your first time to access the ECZ Web Portal, you will need to create an account by clicking on the ‘SIGN UP’ button.
Step 3: Select the Level and Continue
The ECZ Web Portal provides results for different levels of education. Select the level for which you want to check the results by clicking on the dropdown box provided. If you are checking your Grade 9 results, select ‘Grade 9’ from the dropdown. After selecting your level, click on the ‘CONTINUE’ button to proceed to the next step.
Step 4: Enter Examination Number and Continue
In this step, you will be required to enter your examination number in the provided textbox. After entering your examination number, click on the ‘CONTINUE’ button to proceed.
Step 5: View Results
After completing the previous steps, your results will be displayed on your screen. You can view all the details of the candidate and school, including your personal information, subject grades, and overall performance. If you wish to print your statement of results, go on and click the ‘PRINT STATEMENT OF RESULTS’ button.
Step 6: Download Results
If you get a message saying, ‘The statement of results has been successfully generated but the statement is not shown in the browser’, it means you need to enable pop-ups in your web browser. You can do so in the browser settings. After enabling pop-ups, redo the process from step four. Once you can view your results, click on the ‘Download Results’ button. This will generate a PDF document, which you can save or print.

- The web address to use is: https://eservices.exams-council.org.zm/
- Click on link number 4 which reads “E-STATEMENTS OF RESULTS” on the lists links, then
- Click on “CANDIDATE SIGN IN”
- Select level you want to check results for in the select box e.g. “GRADE 9” or “GENERAL CERTIFICATE OF EDUCATION”
- Then click on “Continue” button
- Enter your correct Examination number and click on “Continue” *The results will be displayed showing all the detail of the candidate
- Click on “PRINT STATEMENT OF RESULTS” *A PDF document will be generated in a new tab with the browser which you can either print if connected to a printer or Save

Using Mobile Mobile Phone:
Students can check for the 2023/2024 grade 9 results using your Mobile Phone through the following procedure;
- 1. Open the message pad on your Mobile Phone
- 2. Type the Full Examination Number (Leave Space)
- 3. Type Examination Year (Leave Space)
- 4. Type Examination Grade and then
- 5. Send to 8383

- Candidates are, however, advised to collect the Original Results Transcripts from the respective Examination Centres and NOT Examinations Council of Zambia (ECZ) Secretariat or any Ministry of Education Offices.
