Job Purpose:
Troubleshoot application and desktop level technologies, with a focus on Microsoft desktop O/S and Office products.
Direct Reports to this Position
Job Experience:
Two years of hands-on experience working in an end-user desktop support role or computer
operations environment required.
Microsoft Office Suite.
Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10.
Windows Server and 2012 and 2016
Remote Desktop support
Azure AD Active Directory Management
Antivirus and Patch management.
Advanced printer / peripheral device troubleshooting.
TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
Backup management
Cloud Computing
Remote support for handheld smartphones and tablets
Education:
BSc Degree in computer science or a related discipline.
Microsoft Certified Professional MCP.
ITIL certification
