DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
i.To assist in handling disciplinary matters for junior staff;
ii.To collect, analyze and keep employment records;
iii.To assist in attending staff matters regarding recruitments, confirmations, promotions and internal transfers;
iv.To assist in the preparation of performance reports and compile and update personal particulars for employees;
v.To coordinate orientation and induction programs;
vi.To process staff welfare issues, for example, processing annual leave, loans , salaries and other claims;
vii.To assist in interpretation of the scheme of service, staff regulation and various Acts related to employees;
viii.To assist in conducting research, analyses and estimates the number of employees requiring training;
ix.To assist in monitoring of daily staff attendance and recommend solutions to resolve any issues;
x.To assist in maintaining regular servicing of office equipment in liaison with procurement unit;
xi.To coordinate cleanliness of office premises;
xii.To coordinate security, staff welfare and safety matters;
xiii.To prepare staff leave roaster;
xiv.To perform such other related duties as may be assigned by the superiors from time to time.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Holder of First Degree or Advanced Diploma in Public Administration, Management, Sociology, Manpower Planning, Human Resource Management or related fields from a recognized University/Institution. Knowledge on fund management business will be an added advantage.
A Minimum of two years working experience in Human Resource Management, Administration Matters or related field is required.
