This is responsible in management of Zara properties human resource issues; through keeping accurate staff records, recruitment, training and development, employee performance evaluation, employees work timetable management, disciplining, motivation, safety and health in working environment.
THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES AS HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER
- Keeping accurate Zara properties staffs records
Enforcing staff rules and regulations at work place and give advice to the GM on the corrective measure to be taken for those staffs fails to adhere to the hotel rules and regulations.
Manages staff complaints, staff discipline and dealing with staff welfare issues at any point during the day, But you have to make sure you have a clear communication with the GM on any measure taken towards solving staffs issues
Monitoring the daily employees to do list and make sure all the staffs do the right things, at the right time and on the right place.
The Human Resource Officer will have to manage a number of requests and tasks at one time and must be prepared to deal with emergencies and stressful situations at any time.
The Human Resource Officer will have to serve a number of people and projects at one time, and will be interrupted frequently to meet the needs and requests of staffs.
The Human resource officer may find the environment to be busy, noisy and will need excellent organizational and time and stress management skills to complete the required tasks.
The human resource will find many times comes across multi dynamic employee emotional so he has to possess cultural and political awareness and sensitivity
