This activity will be the follow-on to the current Tanzania Community Health and Social Welfare Systems Strengthening Project (CHSSP). The project aims to strengthen community health and social service systems to improve health, wellÂbeing, and protection outcomes for HIV affected populations in Tanzania by creating more accessible and higher quality health and social services in targeted communities.
