- To provide excellent customers services.
- To always strive towards best customer satisfaction.
- To greet customers and present menus.
- To assist on making suggestions based on customer’s preferences.
- To arrange table setting and keeping table clean and tidy at all the time.
- To cooperate and communicating with all serving and kitchen staff.
- To adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer’s services guidelines.
- To perform any other responsibilities scheduled to waitress by immediate supervisor.
