This University was Established in 1961, Ghana Institute of Languages is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the urban setting of the metropolis of Accra (The area population ranges between this figures 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants), Greater Accra. This institution also has branch campuses in the following locations: East Legon, Kumasi, Tamale. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education of Ghana, Ghana Institute of Languages (GIL) is a very small (University enrollment / admissions ranges between: 1,000-1,999 students) coeducational Ghanaian higher education institution. Ghana Institute of Languages (GIL) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study.
