As part of our expansion plan, we are inviting applications from suitably qualified, experienced, ambitious and self-motivated persons for the position of Finance and Administration Manager
The role of Finance and Administration Manager reports to the Country Manager of PremierCredit Zambia.
This position is accountable for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company, to include the development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.
- Full ACCA, paid up member of ZICA;
- MBA in Finance or Economics an advantage
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Financial Management in the Microfinance Institutions or Banks, of which at least 3 years in supervisory position.
