Saverite Retail Stores an associate company of Star Milling Zambia Limited now seeks to recruit a dynamic, enthusiastic and suitably qualified individual to fill the positions of Finance & Administration Manager in our Store to be based in Lusaka:

Job Purpose & Key Responsibilities:

  • To plan, direct, and conducts Accounting, Administration and Human Resource management activities within the company by performing the duties, personally or through subordinates.
  • To lead the financial and management accounting functions
  • To manage the day to day banking functions and liaise with the relevant agencies.
  • To manage taxation issues.
  • To lead on completion of annual accounts.
  • Manage the Human Resource Management function

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors’ degree plus a professional qualification in Accountancy
  • Minimum of 3 years’ retail experience
  • Experience in the following fields: Receiving, Shop Operations, Customer Service, Human Resource Management and Store Administration is an added advantage
