SME located in Accra, branch of an African group, operating in the car leasing industry for international groups based in Ghana.
JOB SUMMARY:
- Schedule repairs & maintenance based on customer requests and alerts from fleet management system with various garages
- Update the fleet management system on a daily basis
- Elaborate weekly/monthly fleet operational reports
- Ensure all vehicles inventory are taking before & after any maintenance work.Renewing of road worthy certificates when due
- Perform assigned administrative work
- Document all training and provide copies to Office Manager for inclusion in the employee’s personnel record
- Supervising a pool of drivers and make sure they follow the company’s rules and regulations
- In charge of collecting insurance certificate for new and existing vehicles
- In charge of insurance processes in case of accident
- In charge of brand-new vehicles delivery process (with delivery form and inventory)
- In charge of end of contract vehicles restitution process (with restitution form and inventory)
- Control the security tools in client’s vehicles and office vehicles on a monthly basis

REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in logistics & transport management
- Knowledge in fleet management is a plus
- Basic mechanical knowledge
- IT literacy (o/w Office pack)
- Professional driver’s license grade ‘B’ minimum (manual and automatic knowledge)
- 3 to 5 years working experience
- Working experience with a car rental or leasing company is a plus
- Working on flexible hours in case of any emergency (breakdown, accident, assistance)
