Alexander Forbes Financial Services Botswana (Pty) Ltd is inviting interested candidates to apply for the position of Receptionist to join our experienced team. The individual will report to the Support Services Manager.

The role

  • First point of contact for the company -Greets, welcomes and direct clients appropriately
  • Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival
  • Administers the Clients feedback forms and/or system
  • Provides high quality service to clients consistent with the company’s image of a highly professional organization
  • Answering, screening and forwarding incoming calls
  • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
