Facilitating Reforms and Dialogue for Growth in Zambia
The USAID Business Enabling Project (“the Project”) is a five-year (2022-2027) USAID-funded project that aims to catalyze greater gender equality and inclusive private sector investment and trade in rural Zambia. The Project will support creation of an enabling environment that incentivizes productive investments in trade, agriculture, energy, eco-tourism/sustainable natural resource management.
The Project has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Agriculture Sector Research and Technical Support. The scope of work is focused on building an evidence base to facilitate public private dialogue and the policy reform process. Work under this subcontract will support the Government of Zambia and the Agriculture Technical Working Group of the Public Private Dialogue Forum on reform initiatives in the agriculture sector. The period of performance for this activity is anticipated to be for a period of two (2) years. Only local entities (as defined by the Project) are eligible to apply.
