The admissions requirements apply to all students interested in pursuing a degree at the University of Gitwe. Based on your application type, you may also have to meet additional requirements. Step 5: Submit the Application’s required Documents
Applicable academic transcripts and documentation are due by the deadlines indicated in the academic calendar.
Step 6: Respond
An Admission Advisor may contact you either by email or phone throughout the application process. Your prompt response lets us review your application so that we can unmistakably continue planning for your future.
The Under Graduate admission applications, transcripts, and supporting documents are received and compiled by the Faculty of the Under Graduate Studies. The completed application processes are duly reviewed by the appropriate Admission Committee, which then makes a good recommendation to the Dean of the Department of the applied program who finally admits the applications satisfying the prescribed admission requirements to the program. With relevant written notes, all the applicants (admitted and non-admitted students) are notified for the outcomes/decision of their application by the dean of the faculty of the program applied for by each student.
To ensure prompt notification, an applicant should keep the admissions office informed of any changes to his or her e-mail address, mailing address, or telephone number during the notification period.
