TAX COMPLIANCE OFFICER
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree in Tax Administration or Accounting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparing tax returns and computation of income tax in accorÂdance with the Tax Regulation.
- Preparing, monitoring and submission of VAT returns to TRA timely and correctly
- Review and ensure the bank withheld tax as per law’s requirement on various services provided to the Bank and are remitted to TRA as per requirement.
- Review and monitor compliance on employment tax.
- Reconciliation of General Ledger for Tax purposes
- Self-assessment estimate & filing Tax return
EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
- Good knowledge in financial management and Taxation
- Good knowledge of Tax Accounting, Tax Compliance and Tax laws.
- Good knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping.
